Don't know if you will get this or not Eileen but wanted to come by and let you know that I have missed you. Your sweet blog has always been one of my favorites. I haven't had the time to blog much either but still enjoy coming by when I can to see how my blog friends are doing. I do hope all is well with you and that life has just turned a different direction for you that takes you away from blogging.

Eileen:
Gorgeous to boot!
What a beautiful transformation.
You ARE an interior decorator for sure in your own right!
That guest room is just perfect in every way, warm and inviting-the before photo was so stark and cold and you really made it warm and special for your guests. Enjoy!

What a beautiful and cozy room...you did a wonderful job.

Vanessa {a fanciful twist}

Oooooolala!! Oh you done beyond wonderful!! When can I move in? ;)

It is better than the best b&b. What a great room, wow, you really did so amazingly beyond good!!

I was an interior designer once upon a time, and I found it was so easy to make decisions for other people - because you don't have to live with it. So once you get on a roll, you are like wham bam :)

But living with it is more like, let me take days and weeks and think and think.

My room has to feel just so. But this room you did feels more than just so! Awesome job!

Eileen! you my girl can call yourself a decorator now!!

What a transformation...Although I love it all there is something about the head of the bed wall with the garland draped over the naked mirror and pictures frames, I love working with paper and creating from Ephemera art, old book pages and what you have done here has taken banners to another level :)
I am inspired enough to make one of my own.
You could come back for a visit to my place and see the paper art of my daughters hand and mine along with a bird all from paper ephemera art in one of an older post before my latest with my kitchen.

Eileen, I want to thank you for gracing your beauty over at my place and leaving a comment on your way home.

Visit soon, and keep inspiring us with you new rooms of interior designs.
xx
Blessings,

Eileen ... beautiful, just beautiful... when can I move in?

Lovely room. Just the sort of room I would love to stay in at my sister's, if I had a sister that is. If I ever find a dress form like yours I think I shall call her Aunt Tillie, or Lucinda. They remind me of chintz and lace.
Kathy is right about your kitty, I love sleeping kitties......

Eileen @ Star's Fault

Kathy, I do LOVE the Lettered Cottage and have several of her photos and ideas captured on Pinterest. I am doing some major work on my blog design and will be updating my blogroll in the next ocuple weeks. So many exciting new bloggers out there, and I don't want to miss any one of them!

Eileen your room turned out so lovely! I am with you about not being able to ever be a interior designer- I have been working on my little creative space since the beginning of the year and am still working on it! It is coming together sweetly and I am enjoying the process.

Love all the patterns and textures you have in this space- this is something I am not real good with no matter how I try.

You mentioned a name for your dress form - when you talked of her being sensible and wearing calico it reminded me of Sarah Plain and Tall from the movie.

I love you lamp! I had hubby rewire a hanging light that I had with a shabby shade and he thought I was nuts! It will be going in my space I am working on and think it will be just right!

I will be back to soak in more details of this lovely room! If you ever want to come to Colorado to lend your lovely expertise to my home it would be most welcome!! Would love for you to come over to the blog and give me some tips on my room so far.
