My Show and Tell this week is my sweet bunny. Aubrey Rose is the dearest old bunny. I love her so much. I think you can tell. She's a bit shy, and not a very fancy little girl, but always ready for a hug. She's brought out her favorite hat, just for Spring. She "helped" last night on a little project we wanted to share with you.
We were thinking of something fun to do, and we've been Hooked on Crafting for Spring lately. Perhaps an Easter scrap project would be nice? Here's a 300 dpi 8" x 10" layered scrap page in lovely monochromatic shades of silver to gray to steel blue we made just to share with you. Aubrey really liked these colors because it's kind of the same shades as her fur.
If you click the image, it opens in a new window. Then you can right click and save it to your computer. You can also download from our Flickr site. It prints out really nice on a high white presentation quality paper.
You can do just the same this with this elderly invoice from 1898 and vintage Easter postcard. Isn't this sweet chick in her little egg boat nice? Its one of Aubrey's favorites. I love the lillies of the valley. Its my birthday flower. The tiny blossoms are a lovely shade of creamy white.

If you make something out of the scrap page and little chick, email Aubrey and I, and we'll post your art work on Star's Fault next week, linking back to your own blog. In the meantime, we'll be working on our version too. We're going to use a scrap of cardboard left over from the box my old silverware came in, the layered page above, and the little chick. Of course, there will be a bit of lace, something old and crusty, and a few layers of other stuff, to make it... well, just right.
Little Aubrey Rose has offered to share a tiny flower from her pretty hat, just to add that special something to our creation ~ thank you Aubrey!
